Through years of perfecting the processes in becoming the pros in men’s hair, we’ve found the addition of ‘scent’ enhances the client experience and allows the relaxation to begin soon after they walk in the door.”
Sport Clips has found soothing scents improve a client’s overall experience. Now when a client visits their local Sport Clips, the hot steamed towel that’s applied to the face during the MVP is infused with a relaxing blend, such as chamomile, lavender, and eucalyptus. As an added bonus: the scents are plant-based and all natural. Already it’s proven to be a successful service: 82 percent of clients surveyed in product testing said the new scent improves the MVP experience.
