Long before the two couples met and decided to join the Sport Clips team, Jai worked in informational technology for Fortune 500 companies. Similarly, Varun Suri also held executive positions for many years, but as time went on, both couples decided the best way forward was to begin exploring possibilities for building a franchise while maintaining their current jobs.
